Return and Refund Policy
At Orixara, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Non-returnable items include:
• Used beauty tools
• Personal care items opened after delivery
• Gift cards
• Final sale items

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check with your bank or payment provider. Processing times may vary.
